Chamelio announced a $26 million Series A on September 22, 2026, so the youngest of the three has the thinnest track record. That is a reason to ask for references, not a reason to rule it out.

What Chamelio says it is
Chamelio's press release describes a platform "trained on legal actions" that can do the work, not just store contracts. It says customers can deploy it autonomously for routine, low-risk work or keep a lawyer in the loop, and that it escalates edge cases that need human judgment. It also says teams can build their own agents that work with procurement, finance, product, people, compliance and sales.
On traction, the release says Chamelio has hundreds of customers, naming Wiz, monday.com, Socure, AppsFlyer and Wonderful.ai, and that its annual recurring revenue grew 4x in the five months since its seed round. Those are the company's statements in its own press release; we could not check them. The round was led by Entrée Capital, with Work-Bench, Emerge Ventures and Bright Pixel Capital participating.
Chamelio's own site positions it against CLMs ("Goodbye CLMs and outdated legal tools") and lists redlining, Word integration, playbooks, data extraction, intake and a Vault for documents. Its testimonials come from named general counsel at customers; they are marketing quotes, not evaluations.
What Ironclad and Juro say
Ironclad sells a build-your-own package: you pick contract lifecycle management, an AI assistant or eSignature, choose who leads deployment, and add integrations or instances. Its FAQ says some integrations are complementary and some are add-ons. See our Ironclad pricing page and the Ironclad profile.
Juro also builds a custom plan after a short questionnaire. Microsoft's October 15, 2026 announcement lists Juro among the partner plugins coming to Copilot for legal, which matters if your team works in Word and Copilot (Microsoft's post). See our Juro profile and Ironclad vs Juro.
Agentic versus lifecycle: the real difference
Ironclad and Juro are contract platforms that added AI. Chamelio presents the opposite order: an agent that does legal work first, with the repository around it. If your pain is routine volume such as NDAs and intake triage, the agentic pitch is worth a trial. If your pain is approvals, integrations and auditability across many departments, a platform with a long deployment record is the lower-risk reference point. We can't say which will perform better on your contracts.
Pricing, as shown on October 22, 2026
None of the three shows an amount. Ironclad says pricing is shaped by products, users, workflows and growth. Juro says it will create a custom plan. We found no pricing page for Chamelio: chamelio.ai/pricing returned a 404 when we tried it, and the site's calls to action are "Book a demo". Get written quotes at your volume and compare them.
What we couldn't verify
- Any price for any of the three.
- Chamelio's customer count, revenue growth and named customers.
- AI accuracy, for any of the three, on your contracts and playbooks.
- Security certifications beyond what each vendor states, and data residency options.
- Chamelio's migration speed: its site says "days, not months", which we did not test.
- chamelio.com did not resolve for us; the company's site is chamelio.ai.
How to choose
- Decide the job: routine contract work done by agents, or a repository and approval workflow across the business.
- Write down volume, approvers, and the systems that must connect (CRM, ERP, procurement, eSignature).
- Request written quotes from all three and ask what is included versus an add-on.
- Run the same five real contracts, in non-sensitive form, through each.
- Ask each for two reference customers of your size, and ask Chamelio what its oldest deployment is.
- Ask how you export contracts and metadata if you leave.

Questions and answers
What is Chamelio?
Chamelio is an AI-native legal platform for in-house teams. Its September 22, 2026 press release says it manages the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to approvals and obligations, and can perform routine legal work itself. We haven't tested it.
Is Chamelio better than Ironclad?
We can't say. We haven't tested either, and neither publishes a price. Chamelio positions itself as an agent that does the work; Ironclad sells contract lifecycle management, an AI assistant and eSignature as a package. Run your own contracts through both.
How much does Chamelio cost?
Chamelio doesn't publish a price that we could find. Its pricing URL returned a 404 and its site directs visitors to book a demo, so the only way to learn the cost is a written quote.
How does Chamelio compare with Juro?
Both sell to teams that manage contracts and neither publishes a price. Juro describes AI Extract, AI Draft, AI Review and an MCP connection on top of a contract platform, and Microsoft names it as a Copilot plugin partner. Chamelio describes autonomous agents for in-house legal work.
Should an in-house team replace its CLM with Chamelio?
That is Chamelio's pitch, and it has a CLM Migrator for it, but we haven't tested the migration. The company was founded in 2024 and announced its Series A in September 2026, so ask for references, check export terms, and pilot on a subset of contracts before moving a repository.
