The press release is a paid release distributed through Business Wire. It is EvenUp's own description of its model, not a contract. We quote it from the Yahoo Finance copy, which credits Business Wire.
What EvenUp does not publish
- A price per case, or a range.
- What counts as one case, and whether instant demands and legal-reviewed demands, which the home page offers by case type, cost the same.
- Minimums, contract length or renewal terms. EvenUp links a Subscription Terms and Conditions PDF from its site footer. We haven't verified what it says about fees, so we don't characterize it.
- Whether the May 2025 per-case model is still the current price structure. The release is 17 months old.
How to get a quote you can compare
Ask for the quote in writing and make it answer these:
- What is one "case" for billing: a client, a claim, a demand package?
- Which products does the per-case cost include: drafts, medical chronologies, case prep, analytics?
- Do instant demands and legal-reviewed demands cost the same?
- What happens to the cost if a case settles early or is dropped?
- What are the term, the renewal and the exit terms?
Then run five to ten closed matters through the tool and count the attorney review hours still needed. Divide the quote by your real case volume, not the vendor's.
