What EvenUp does
The site lists a platform with Proactive Workflows, AI Drafting, an AI Assistant, Communication Agents, Executive Analytics and Integrations, plus a model it calls Piai, "AI Built for Personal Injury." Products named in the footer include Medical Management, AI Drafts, Express Demands, Expert Demands, MedChrons, Companion, Case and Negotiation Prep, and a Settlement Repository. It says it is trained on a "250K+ verdict and settlement dataset."
In plain terms: it reads case files and medical records, builds chronologies and drafts demands, then supports negotiation. Our EvenUp profile has the longer background.
Cost: what is and isn't published
Not published: any price, whether it is per demand, per case or an annual subscription, minimum volume, onboarding fees, or contract length. The site links subscription terms but shows no amounts. Our profile page notes the same gap and does not quote a dollar figure. Ask for a written quote with the pricing unit stated, and ask what happens to the price when your volume changes.
Reviews: what we can and can't tell you
The reviews on EvenUp's own site are customer stories and testimonials, which are marketing. The figures on it, such as "Settlement outcomes improved by 300% with EvenUp" from a named customer, are customer testimonials with no methodology we could check. We found no third-party review listing with enough reviews to cite, and we won't invent one. If you want evidence, ask EvenUp for references at firms of your size and call them.
Who it fits
High-volume personal injury firms where demand drafting and medical record review are the bottleneck. EvenUp's volume and firm-count claims are in the table above and we did not verify them.
Not an obvious fit for general practice firms or firms with only a few PI cases a year, where a sales-led contract may cost more than the time saved.
How it compares
- Filevine: Filevine is case management with AI modules; EvenUp is the demand and chronology engine. Neither publishes a price. See Filevine vs EvenUp.
- Supio and Darrow: see EvenUp vs Supio vs Darrow and Supio vs EvenUp.
- Alternatives: see EvenUp alternatives 2026 for options for drafting demand letters.
What we couldn't verify
- Any price, or the pricing unit.
- The firm count, case volume and outcome percentages.
- Accuracy of the chronologies and demands on your records. Attorney review is still required.
- SOC2 and HIPAA documents; ask for the reports.
- Independent reviews.
How to test it in a week
- Ask for the quote and pricing unit in writing.
- Run a closed case where you know the settlement and the final demand.
- Measure hours saved against your own paralegal time, and check every fact in the draft against the records.
- Ask for two references at firms with a similar caseload.
- Run the same case through one alternative or your own case management AI and compare.

Questions and answers
What do EvenUp reviews say?
We found no independent review we could verify. EvenUp's own site shows customer testimonials, such as a named firm saying settlement outcomes improved by 300%, with no method behind the figures. Treat them as marketing and ask for references.
How does EvenUp compare to Filevine?
They solve different problems. Filevine is case management with AI modules; EvenUp is an AI engine for demands, medical chronologies and negotiation prep. Neither publishes a price. Many PI firms would pair a case management system with a demand tool rather than choose one.
What are the best EvenUp alternatives?
Supio, Darrow and Filevine's DemandsAI module are the ones we compare. We have not tested them. See our EvenUp alternatives page for what each publishes.
How much does EvenUp cost?
EvenUp does not publish pricing. Its site offers a call or a demo only. Ask for a written quote that states whether the price is per demand, per case or annual.
