Who each is for
Docketwise. The pricing page shows three tiers. Basic covers smart forms, case management, multilingual intakes, case and priority date tracking, a client portal, calendaring and time tracking. Pro adds e-filing, e-signatures, CRM and lead management, text messaging, a QuickBooks integration and Docketwise IQ (AI writing and document assistance). Advanced adds multiple branches, permission groups and priority support. See our Docketwise profile and Docketwise alternatives.
INSZoom. The Mitratech page describes configurable workflows and reminders, automatic expiration and deadline alerts, digital file assembly and data migration, custom reports, invoice generation, an H-1B registration module, automation of data entry from USCIS receipts, and electronic filing of USCIS and DOL forms. It lists integrations with QuickBooks Online, LawPay and Authorize.net. Enterprise adds, per the page, HR Portal access for multiple corporate contacts, templated emails and reminders, and an "Advance Case Request" capability. The page says account setup generally takes 2 to 5 business days, with more time for data migration and configuration. It gives no price.
Where they overlap. Forms and intake, deadline tracking, e-filing, billing and reports. They split on scope (US-centered versus US, Canada and global) and on how you buy (published tiers versus a sales conversation).
