Who each is for
eImmigration. The most direct like-for-like on the list: immigration case management with published per-user prices. It says it serves law firms and non-profits, and the pricing page mentions a 50% non-profit discount. No trial is mentioned, only a demo. See Docketwise vs eImmigration.
INSZoom. Mitratech's product, pitched at U.S., Canadian and global immigration work with compliance features. Prices aren't published, which usually points at larger or enterprise buyers, but that is our inference, not its claim.
Visalaw AI. Not a case management system: it drafts petitions and briefs from matter documents, and Docketwise's own integrations page lists it. It's an add-on to what you have, not a replacement. See Docketwise vs Visalaw vs Imagility.
Clio and MyCase. General platforms. MyCase publishes prices and AI by plan; Clio's were out of reach for us. Neither page we read describes immigration forms, so confirm that before you switch. See Clio vs Docketwise and MyCase vs Smokeball.
Imagility. We tried to open its site and it redirected to a domain sale page, so we couldn't read anything from it. Our older Docketwise vs Imagility page predates this check.
Pricing, as shown on October 21, 2026
Published per-user prices: Docketwise USD 80 to 140, eImmigration USD 55 to 110 depending on plan and billing, MyCase USD 50 to 150, Visalaw AI USD 220 and USD 480 per license. INSZoom and Clio: not published to us. Docketwise's two price sets aren't labeled on its page, so we read the first as yearly. Compare like for like: per-user rates differ in what they include (e-filing from Docketwise Pro; Visalaw AI is drafting only).

- Ask each vendor for a quote on that exact set, in writing, with the billing period named.
- Run one real matter through each trial or demo and count manual field fixes.
- Test migration: ask what they import from Docketwise and what it costs.
- Decide whether you need case management, drafting, or both before comparing prices.
