The comparison
| Tool | Main job | Who it's built for | Published pricing | What we couldn't verify |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Supio | Agentic AI for case work: medical chronologies, demand letters, case economics, litigation drafting, plus Supio Intake | Plaintiff and mass tort firms | Not published ("Book A Demo") | Accuracy, the per-case savings claims, certification reports |
| EvenUp | AI platform across the PI lifecycle: intake, treatment, demands, negotiation, discovery, trial | Personal injury firms | Not published (demo request; subscription terms linked, no prices) | Settlement-lift claims (no method shown), audit scope |
| Eve | EveOS: intake, analytics, nightly case audits, drafting of demands, discovery and motions | Plaintiff firms across PI, employment, med mal, disability, workers' comp | Not published (demo request) | Outcome claims, which customer count is current (the page shows two) |
| Filevine personal injury | Case management with LOIS AI: demand drafting in Word, case Q&A, MedChron chronology tool | Firms of many practice types, PI among them | Not published ("custom quote") | How deep the demand drafting goes, MedChron details |
| CasePeer | PI case management: documents, deadlines, treatment, liens, payments | PI and plaintiff firms | Not published on the page we read (links to a pricing page) | Anything beyond the one AI feature it names |
| Darrow | Legal exposure management: surfacing litigation opportunities earlier | Law firms, insurers, compliance teams | Not published (demo) | Whether it serves PI work (its page doesn't say) |
Prices are what each vendor's own pages showed on October 21, 2026. Eve's /pricing page returned a 404, so treat "not published" as "not on the pages we opened."
Who each is for
Supio. Built for plaintiff and mass tort firms that want AI across the whole matter, from intake to chronologies, demands and drafting. Its site names many firms as customers, but no price, so budgeting means a sales call. Its security claims (SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR) are listed on the page without reports.
EvenUp. The best-known demand-package vendor in this group, and it now says it covers the full PI lifecycle. If your main pain is demand quality and negotiation, it's the comparison point. Our existing Supio vs EvenUp page goes through the two head to head, and the EvenUp page has more.
Eve. Wider than a drafting tool: it pitches intake, revenue analytics and nightly case audits alongside drafting, for several plaintiff practice areas. That breadth suits firms that want one layer over their data, and is less clear for firms that only want chronologies. Its performance numbers are vendor figures with no method on the page.
Filevine. The choice if you'd rather add AI to your case management system than adopt a separate platform. LOIS drafts demands in Word from case data, and MedChron handles medical chronologies, but the pages we read are light on how either works. See Filevine pricing and the Filevine page.
CasePeer. Practice management first. The only AI feature on the page we read is a writing assistant for notes, tasks and client messages, so it isn't a like-for-like Supio replacement. It matters if your real question is where your case data lives.
Darrow. Different job: it looks for exposure and litigation opportunities before cases are filed. It could sit beside Supio, not replace it. See Supio vs EvenUp vs Darrow and the Darrow page.
Pricing, as shown on October 21, 2026
- Supio: not published; its pricing page shows a "Book A Demo" button only.
- EvenUp: not published; the pricing page offers "Schedule a Demo". It links subscription terms with no prices.
- Eve: not published on its homepage; calls to action are "Schedule a call" and "Get a demo".
- Filevine: not published; its pricing page says "All packages are custom built for your team's needs" and points to a sales quote. A free LOIS Explore trial is mentioned there.
- CasePeer: not published on its homepage, which links to a separate pricing page we didn't open.
- Darrow: not published; demo only.

What we couldn't verify
- Accuracy and outcomes. Every number on these sites (hours saved, settlement lift, case capacity) is a vendor or customer-testimonial figure with no method.
- Security. Supio, Eve and EvenUp each state SOC 2 and HIPAA status. We saw no reports, dates or scope. Ask for the report and the data processing terms.
- Customer counts. We left them out: Eve's page shows two different figures.
- Filevine's AI depth. The pages name DemandsAI, LOIS and MedChron but don't show how they work.
- CasePeer's pricing and AI. The page we read describes one writing-assistant feature and links a pricing page we didn't open.
- Darrow and PI. Its homepage doesn't state a PI offering.
- Integrations with your case management system, for all of them.
- Eve's /pricing page returned a 404.
How to choose
- Name the job: chronologies, demand packages, intake, or the case management system itself. The table's tools solve different ones.
- Take three closed files you know well (one simple, one with long treatment, one that settled badly) and ask each vendor to run them.
- Score the output against what your team actually produced: missed treatment, wrong dates, invented facts, and time to fix.
- Ask each for its security report, how long records are kept and whether client data trains any model. See our personal injury AI guide and best AI for personal injury.
- Get a written quote for your headcount and caseload before comparing any cost.

Questions and answers
What are the best Supio alternatives for personal injury firms?
The closest plaintiff-side options are EvenUp and Eve, with Filevine and CasePeer if you want AI inside case management. We haven't tested any, so the right one depends on the job: demands, chronologies, intake or case management.
Supio vs EvenUp: which is better?
We can't rank them without testing. By their own sites, both cover chronologies and demands for PI firms; EvenUp emphasizes the whole PI lifecycle, Supio emphasizes agentic case work and mass torts. Our Supio vs EvenUp page has the detail.
How much does Supio cost?
Supio doesn't publish pricing. Its site offers a demo request only, so a quote has to come from the vendor.
Is Filevine a Supio alternative?
Partly. Filevine is a case management system whose LOIS AI drafts demands in Word from case data. It isn't a dedicated PI AI platform, and its pages are light on detail, so test it on your own files.
Does Darrow replace Supio?
No, by their descriptions. Darrow focuses on exposure and finding litigation opportunities earlier, while Supio works on cases you already have. Darrow's homepage doesn't say whether it serves PI practices.
